    Now where did I hear a discussion about this topic? Was it on Rescue Me? I recall that one of the characters rationalized that given the choice between a woman missing an arm or one missing a leg, the one without the leg is preferable because it opens up entirely new angles of access.

    Yeah, they call them devotees, or just devos for short. I knew a woman once, a double-amputee at the knees, who ran websites catering to that crowd, in spite of how much she despised them.
