    And the answer to the question posed is, YES. Any transmittable disease that survives in saliva, and or digestive tract juices, plus has the ability to transfer through mucus membranes or invade open cuts / sores will become an active infection. Go figure.

    Correct me if I’m wrong but the contraction of STDs through oral sex generally happens in the mouth… especially if you have any open sores or cuts. And you can get gonorrhoea in your throat.

    They make flavored condoms for a reason.

    The stomach won’t react, but if the guy has herpes, you can get from sperm. Herpes of the FACE…. otherwise known as oral herpes. It’s more likely you’d be infected by the process of oral sex, but even if he just cums in your mouth without actual oral sex, the semen can contain the virus, and there is a chance of being infected. She doesn’t even have to swallow.

    Though semen is a very healthy snack, and when properly produced (via a healthy diet, with plenty of fruits and veggies) can be really delicious. It’s just nicer if it contains no STI’s.

    (Side note, the term has been changed from sexually transmitted diseases to sexually transmitted infections, thus STI…. as they aren’t really diseases.)
