    Actually, this is a very difficult pose to do, and it requires lots of flexibility. Whoever think it doesn’t, trying it for yourself. You’ll be surprised :) And since this is meant to be a relaxing pose where you find stillness within, she’s probably closing her eyes.

    At first glance I thought her spine was bent backwards and her face was against the floor, but after thinking it through I realized her back is actually hunched, and her face is upwards.
    Having established this knowledge for myself, I tried it and it really isn’t that hard. Takes a couple tries, but it’s possible.
    Interesting.
