Page 3 Girl of the Day: Lacey Banghard may have the name and body of a porn star, but she’s actually the most recent winner of the Page 3 Idol competition.

Despite her slim figure, Banghard claims that she doesn’t like to exercise, as she told The Sun, “I tried going to the gym twice and thought, ‘This is not for me.’”

Well, whatever she’s doing, it certainly seems to be working.

Exercising Babe of the Day: Gossip Girl’s Kaylee DeFer did a shoot for Self Magazine where she does some exercising in a skimpy outfit.

Pictures of people working out in a magazine can be kind of weird, since they’re really just posing to make it look like they could be exercising.

They do provide a good excuse to look at attractive women in short shorts though, so it’s a necessary evil when you really think about it.

Toned Down Hotness of the Day: Nina Dobrev did a bikini shoot of sorts for Seventeen Fitness.

Since a) this is a magazine marketed towards teenage girls, and b) the whole idea is to promote fitness, this isn’t the sexist photo shoot of all time.

Still, Dobrev is very attractive, and certainly has a fit body, so she makes it work.
