Traffic Violation of the Day: Chinese traffic cameras caught Deng Jialin on a highway not only speeding (by 7 miles over the limit…escandalo!) but worse – they caught him with his hands off the wheel.

Namely, with one hand full of his passenger’s right breast.

Maybe he was inspired by that old episode of Seinfeld.
